How To Fix Broken Electric Window Switch

In this video I repair my faulty electric window on the Bongo.

The first port of call was to replace the switch for a brand new switch. This unfortunately did not repair the problem.

Wiring Loom Fault

The next step was to investigate the door wiring loom as this is a common fault on Mazda Bongo's. I carefully inspected the wires and found a couple of broken wires.

You can buy a new wiring loom, but being a cheapskate I decided to simply repair the wires and see if they hold up! thankfully all is still working so it's looking good.
